you or your members are not completely satisfied with
a music title, simply send your item back to us. No questions
asked! For exchanges of regular priced items in your order,
you can pick a different title that you would like and
we will ship the new title(s) to you at no cost. We offer
a fast exchange process. All regular priced titles can
be exchanged within 30 days for a different title, store
credit or refund for items in like-new resale condition.
Deeply discounted titles, bulk discounted offers and special
priced items, closeouts or clearance titles may not qualify.
Videos, DVDs, Fitness Wear and packaged items may be returned
only if unopened and in like new condition. Shipping and
handling charges are not refundable. Please include a
phone or email with your items.
