Cue CDs

"Change Stations" is a popular phrase in all Circuit Fitness workouts!

Our popular Cue CDs were introduced in 2002 to the 30 minute Circuit Style fitness centers and over the years are now in thousands of Fitness Centers worldwide. Changing intervals can add a fresh touch to workouts and offer new fitness goals! All our Cue CDs are studio recorded and work great on all 30 minute style fitness circuits.


"Change Stations" CUE CDs

Super Cue: The latest Cue with a fun mixture of Male & Female prompts, fun novelty, wacky voice accents, motivational comments & Heart Rate Check about every 8-10 min depending on interval segments.

Standard Cue: A basic Male or Female prompt to change stations. Includes the heart rate check every 8-10 min. depending on the interval segments.

Double Take Cue: A basic Male or Female prompt to change stations 3 times and on the 4th change station prompt it adds to reverse direction. Includes the heart rate check every 8-10 min. depending on the interval segments. A popular Cue that helps offer double work on certain machines.

Unreleased Cue: See the end of this page for Special Cue's that are not stock items but are available to order. We custom edited these for franchises and are available on request.

New Cues: The latest cue is a Boxing Bell. Currently we have 45 Second and 60 Second intervals. These cues do NOT have a heart rate check. If you need one that has a heart rate check, please email for options.

PLEASE NOTE: Cue previews have music background for reference. Your actual Cue CD will not have any music. It will have complete silence between all prompts. Most Cue CDs run on a 20-60 min. loop.
